Personal Searches of the Local Authority

In certain instances, the client will want to complete within the shortest possible time but the local authority for one reason or another cannot provide the Official Search Certificate when required. We will attend at the various departments of the appropriate authority and furnish you with a report that will allow you to advise your client accordingly.

In the majority of instances, our report will be with you on the day we receive your instructions but at the outside it should take no longer than 48 hours.
