Witness Statements

The taking of statements is obviously an extremely important matter in deciding the evidential value of a particular witness; what they say could influence the way in which a case proceeds. We at Black Crouchman have a great deal of experience in taking statements and have on many occasions been utilised by solicitors and insurance companies in this regard.
